Role at Appleton
Mike is the Lead Business Analyst for Appleton Partners. In this capacity, he oversees all custom software development, data integration initiatives, and related staff (full time and contract). Mike works with all of Appleton’s departments to provide high level data analysis, business process development, and operational support.
Professional Experience
Mike began his career in 2006 at the Investor’s Bank & Trust Company in the Reconciliation and Control Group. After IBT was acquired by State Street Bank, he transitioned into a Quality Assurance role on a project implementation team. Mike earned his Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification in 2015 and his Executive Certificate in Management and Leadership from MIT Sloan in 2022.

Personal Notes
Mike is active in fundraising initiatives for ALS research and patient support. He also is an advocate for shelter dogs, particularly Staffordshire terriers & other maligned breeds. In his spare time, Mike is a competitive powerlifter.
