Role at Appleton
Michele has been with Appleton since 1995 in a variety of functions. As Executive Vice President, her responsibilities are centered on financial management, operations and infrastructure, human resources, and organizational management and development. Michele is a member of the firm’s Executive Management Team, Finance and IT Committees, as well as a member of Appleton’s Advisory Board of Directors.
Professional Experience
Michele was with Citicorp Italy in their consumer finance division prior to joining Appleton and has more than 35 years of diverse experience in client service, human resources and overall business management. As the former Chief Compliance Officer, Michele earned her Investment Adviser Certified Compliance Professional (IACCP®) designation and actively furthers her professional training in investment management compliance and human resources management.

When “off-duty,” Michele can be found enjoying the company of her garden, horses, cats, grandkids, and grand pups. She enjoys cooking for her family and staying active. Michele and her family live in Cohasset, MA, where she is involved in a variety of community-building efforts.
